The final stage in the ACP Production Line is quality control. The finished ACP panel is inspected to ensure that it meets the required specifications, including size, shape, thickness, and color. Quality control checks also include visual inspection for surface defects, cracks, or delamination. ACP panels that do not meet the required quality standards are rejected, and the production process is repeated.
