A2 Core Material

The A2-grade fireproof board core material produced by Geartech is a mixture of natural inorganic substances. It is low in smoke, non-toxic, and halogen-free, meeting people's requirements for inorganic environmentally friendly materials. The core material has good density and low water absorption. The core material of the metal composite fireproof board is made of perlite, calcium carbonate, magnesium hydroxide, and inorganic fiber reinforcement materials as the main raw materials. After being compounded with various metal plates, it has the characteristics of convenient modeling, high strength, good thermal insulation, durability, excellent processing performance, and construction performance.

The width of the A2-grade fireproof core material is generally 900-1520mm, and the thickness is generally 2-5mm. (It can be customized according to customer requirements).
